Prior to joining Shelter, Mr. Lampher was employed by Prometheus Real Estate Group, a leading west-coast management and development company with assets in California, Arizona, Utah, and Washington. During his 10 years at Prometheus, Mr. Lampher held several positions of increasing responsibility, most recently Vice President of Corporate Operations/Controller. In addition, Mr. Lampher worked for four years at Western National Property Management in Irvine, California where he held varying property-level and support positions.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
