THE SHELTER GROUP NAMES LAMPHER VICE PRESIDENT


Baltimore, Md.- The Shelter Group, a nationally known developer and manager of luxury apartment communities, senior living communities, and affordable multi-family housing, recently named Robert Lampher Vice President of Operations for Shelter Properties.

Mr. Lampher has extensive experience in the real estate industry with a specific emphasis on residential multifamily property management and development for several highly-regarded California property management firms. Prior to joining Shelter, he was employed by Prometheus Real Estate Group, a leading west-coast management and development company with assets in California, Arizona, Utah and Washington. During his 10 years at Prometheus Real Estate Group, Mr. Lampher held several positions of increasing responsibility, most recently Vice President of Corporate Operations/Controller. In addition, Mr. Lampher worked for four years at Western National Property Management in Irvine, California where he held varying property-level and field support positions.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
