Brightview Senior Living Opens Its Ninth Maryland Senior Living Community in Rockville

Brightview Senior Living has completed construction on their newest senior living community in Maryland. The new community, named Brightview Fallsgrove, is Brightview’s ninth senior living community in Maryland and first assisted living community in Montgomery County. The community features Assisted Living apartments, and Wellspring Village, an apartment neighborhood dedicated to Alzheimer’s Care.

Monarch Mills Receives Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Developments of Distinction 2012 Award

The Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits awarded Monarch Mills one of nine Developments of Distinction 2012 honors. Monarch Mills received Honorable Mention in the Demonstrates Financial Innovation category. Monarch Mills was formerly Guilford Gardens and redevelopment was completed by The Shelter Group in 2012.
